When I was working for a social services agency and brought up an issue about money claims being paid where they maybshouldn’t be, I was informed that the agency didn’t care, one of its raisons d’etre was to get money into people’s hands. Redistribution.
True story: A friend of mine has a wife who had suffered a major stroke and could not return to her job as a registered nurse. So they went to Social Security and filed a claim for disability. This claim ended up in a courtroom for disability approval and she was denied disability yet she still cannot to this day function in a work environment. That said,there are people in the state they reside who are drug addicts and do receive disability from the same court, and the same decisions that my friend’s wife was denied. That family has struggled for years trying to make ends meet. Perhaps now there is a chance that this woman can receive some sort of disability to help the family in the near future.
Was it stupidity or by his own intention? Most likely a combination.
What he and they have done is set in place laws that will erode the foundations of this country for years to come. How does a law that allows drug users to collect unemployment help anyone? really

This happens all the time.
Had a family friend who’s daughter basically subsidized her drug abuse with SSI payments.
She received a lump sum at the beginning that was pissed away on the same too.
She finally died of cancer a few years ago. The sad part is her kids had been taken away when they were babies and thrown in foster care.
Her daughter by some miracle turned out OK for the most part but the son is a homosexual who had been adopted by a single gay man. Go figure. He’s an absolute mess now.
The sad thing is that if Democrats regain control of the presidency in 2020 or 2024 all those changes made now will be reversed. I thought 2016 would determine the destiny of our nation but 2020 will be our last stand against tyranny.
It WILL take years.
But we’ve got at least four and likely eight.
After seeing the line up the dems are throwing out there in 2020, I feel even more secure :)

Yup - and if the Rats get the WH and a majority again, the fixing the mess will stop.
They are manufacturing those people? or just causing them?
It strikes me that the Senate is willing to nibble around the edges at Zero’s overreach, but won’t let Trump take it on full-bore.

Every single time they discard any of the remnants of the failed previous administration I hear those brainwashed schoolchildren singing “Barack Hussein Obama Mmm mmm mmm mmm mmm” and I smile a little
It's a win - win. Taxpayers pay less AND - in the long run - lives are saved.
