Like Rush always says. Obama doesn’t have to tell them to do it...he put people in place that just knew what to do for him. Kind of like the mafia boss not needing to directly say...murder that person. He had people in charge that knew what he needed done.
I tend to agree with you; Obama hated (literally) anything even remotely related to a Republican person, organization, etc.
And yes, I agree he liked to dabble in intel stuff .. but it usually exposed him when he came up with info he really shouldn’t have been talking about. It was okay he knew, but he was such a child about secrets, he often gave them away.
