A new bill introduced in California’s state senate requires nursing homes and similar long-term care facilities to implement transgender bathroom policies.
The bill makes it unlawful to require transgender residents to use the biologically correct bathroom, and prohibits nursing home employees from calling residents anything other than their chosen name and pronoun.
Additionally, nursing homes that assign rooms based on gender will be prohibited from assigning rooms based on biological sex, if the bill passes.
Do these clowns in the California legislature just sit around all day thinking up goofy laws based around whatever is the current Leftist meme cause?

When I go into a nursing home, I'm going to insist on being called by my proper pronoun, "Liberals SUCK" (emphasis on the last word, hence the caps).

There will be in the future. Get the bill passed now when it’s essentially meaningless and several decades in the future it will wreak havoc.

With some of the nursing home residents I’ve seen, if they could make their way to *any* restroom it would be a plus (probably the way I’ll end up). That having been said, all they have to do in Cali is make that law apply to nuthouses, and the whole damned state will be covered.
I’ve got to think this is for the staff. If you come out otherwise just grant it same as make a wish.
No law will ever make me call a man “she” or a woman “him.”
Priorities.. Got to have the sex perverts have everyone living in a state of fear. Women, children and the elderly hardest hit.
Hell I ‘m just thankful that once I graduated from HS in 1968 my father got reassigned and we left the state.....Only been back twice for class reunions and even that was too much....
