Most if not all nursing homes and hospitals have bathrooms in the room of the patient/resident.

Do all residents of nursing homes have their own rooms, so there won’t be any assignments of a transegender “woman” to the room of an actual woman?

Why stop at the restrooms. Make it a law that widowed granny have a male roommate.
