Personally, I’d rather see a more reasoned plan of the US withdrawing from NATO. This country has no business supporting this mess so they (EU - Germany) can spend their economies on ruling all the other countries in Europe via blackmail fiat.
I’m ok with Montenegro. They are a republic, they are seriously implementing capitalism, and the capability and literacy of their people is worth supporting. And geopolitically they are strategically located.
Not with Montenegro’s one half of one percent of GNP defense budget he doesn’t.

Yes he did. He suggested that they are built to beat the USSR and they need to be updated and some countries may be needed and others not anymore.
