And I have shown on more than six occasions that just because the Federal Government illegally takes authority over something doesn’t make it constitutional - doesn’t make it legal.

Just because some entity illegally takes something from you, doesn’t therefore make it legal just because they are bigger than you.

RE:”I look forward to Trump leading the effort to get a constitution amendment passed giving the federal government the LEGAL authority to have control over healthcare.
....If there is no amendment, and yet the federal seizes authority over “healthcare,” then it is ILLEGAL and therefore TYRANNY. (And yes, that is what we have right now!)

Already happened.

Passed in 2009 by congress signed by Obama: Obamacare
Implemented in late 2013.

Technically you can pay for services in cash outside of Obamacare, but you still have to buy Obamacare approved insurance even if you pay for your own healthcare.

One can never trust incompetent, greedy, selfish and un-American politicians that care more about power, pleasure and perks more than they do Americans’ and the country they have pledged to serve wisely and decently.

That is why our nation is currently in such a big mess and with little hope of resolving this mess. President Trump is trying and with the Lord’s direction may succeed, but he must never give in to Congress. Do it my way or you will have to override everyone of my vetoes.

"There are many here at FR that do not understand what you have posted."

Low-information, easily manipulated citizens need to stop putting all the blame on corrupt politicians get a grip on the idea that they are the main problem with the country imo.

Constitution-savvy patriots need to help get such citizens up to speed with the federal government’s constitutionally limited powers, particularly the Constitution’s Section 8 of Article I.

Constitutionally enlightened citizens then need to start taking responsibility to elect state sovereignty-respecting leaders to state and federal governments instead of foolishly trading their votes with crook federal lawmakers in exchange for unconstitutional federal spending programs while clueless state lawmakers munch popcorn and watch the show.

Trump didn't make a mistake and he didn't trust Congress. He merely opened negotiations.

Trump is learning how this Congress performs--who is weak and who is strong--who is an honest broker and who is a snake. Trump is also making a careful assessment of how much and what kind of leverage he has.

Anyone who thinks Trump walked into this believing he could trust Congress is delusional (or just doesn't understand business negotiations).

Strange that a man that read “The Snake” so many times immediately ran with Ryancare and continues to be cucked by Ryan.

The point you’ve made here is one that is on my mind almost everyday. I suppose it could be said that he has had little choice in the matter, and that he is perfectly aware that he is dealing with a den of vipers. But eventually he is going to have to get around the roadblocks set up by the Congress and the Judiciary, because if he doesn’t, he will forever be seen as a failed President.

To: Democrats hate too much

Paul Ryan has a Republican in the White House... Why isnt he passing all of his dream plans?
++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++
Because in the den of vipers, he’s the alpha viper who HATES President Trump for revealing him to be the unmitigated fool that he is.

Exactly.

My guess is that it came from trusting Jared and Ivanka and Reince.
