Spirit just sucks - they think nothing of cancelling flights while you’re at the gate - the reason is usually because they don’t have enough crews, which is absurd. They’re not even on my list of options any longer.
Well, they can just drag some passengers off of another flight, and fly the crews in to where they are needed.
Sounds like a awful things.
You pays your monies and you takes your chances.
Spirit looks amazing on paper when you see the initial price. Then they charge you for everything except the air you breathe on the flight itself.
I’m fairly certain that the only airline that has the first clue what it is doing is Southwest. And even they treat passengers like cattle when boarding.
