Simple. It is illegal to do so. Politicians have immunity from lawsuit for official actions.

It is easy to see why. If they did not, no legislation would ever be passed. Legislatures would be busy defending themselves against dozens of lawsuits for every statute passed.

In any case, it just passes the buck from legislators to the courts.

They just arrested a woman as well in connection to this..maybe its the woman a witness said was acting really weird during the concert(Kept on checking out her back and smirking at the area of the explosion) when the witness told security about the woman acting weird she was told to sit down..perhaps this woman is the one that detonated the device

I posted this earlier today as satire, when it came out the terrorist's father opined that before the attack, his conversation with his son was normal, and that his son was innocent, and I suggested their conversation might have sounded like this:

DAD: Hi son. How are things going?

SON: Fine, Dad. I am putting the finishing touches of my bomb that I am going to explode in the entertainment arena of the filthy infidels.

DAD: Well, that's great, son. Do you need any help?

SON: Actually, I could use some advice. Should I fill it only with nails, or should I make it half nails, and half ball bearings?"

DAD: Hmmm. I suggest you use a third drywall screws...use the two and a half inch ones, a third of ball bearings...again, the big ones that are about a quarter of an inch, and the last third, use broken glass. I would use tempered glass, since it holds together better in an explosion and is able to tear apart the flesh of the infidels much more effectively.

SON: Gee, thanks, Dad. I think that's what I will do. See you later, I am going to go out and watch the cricket match.
