Why Trump will feel at home in Eastern Europe (Communist News Network anti-nationalism tirade)
Communist News Network ^ | July 8, 2017 | Charles Crawford

(CNN) Before President Trump arrives in Germany for this week's G20 Summit, he first stops off in Poland, where he's set to receive a warm welcome.

What's happening here? Given Poland's grim historical experiences under Russian imperialism, shouldn't any sane Pole be more than a little uneasy about the new US President, thought by many to be much too close to Russia's Vladimir Putin?

Maybe. But Europe is a complicated place at the moment. The European Union, in fact, contains two Europes. "Western Europe" is made up of countries that grew as plump, modern democracies under an American security umbrella and invented the EU.

Balanced and fair analysis of the divide between Western and Eastern Europe.

My only criticism is the stupid post-communist dolts who joined the EU are finally discovering its not just such a great bargain.

When you surrender national independence to unelected bureaucrats in Brussels, “European integration” is a code word for tyranny.

With multilateral organizations like the EU, its a race to the bottom and the existence of entire countries are gravely threatened.

If Eastern Europe doesn’t get out of the EU, they will suffer the fate of the graveyard - just like the Soviet Union whose clutches they spent decades trying to escape from.

That’s what its really all about.

Maybe that should tell YOU CNN, that President Trump and this Russian Mole nonsense is just that. Nonsense.

The Poles, Hungarians, Czechs et al who you call "Post Communist Europe" lived your "dream" for 50 years!

They had it forced on them and couldn't get away from it fast enough.

But no, like the Alchemist who believes mercury will cure madness, Western Europe must atone for it's sins of not embracing Communism, Eastern Europe by throwing it off, by having to accept Millions of Foreigners into their borders who will vote for the state to give them goodies.

It was a Democrat president who sold out the nations of Eastern Europe in the wake of WWII.

The “stupid post communist dolts” are either going to be attached to the EU and NATO or fascist Russia. Those are the two choices. Given the choice, they will always lean west due to their history with mass murdering Russia.

Western Europe did not get their ass kicked post WWII. They became soft and stupid and succumbed to leftist ideology, Britain and Norway excepted but they are fading fast.

Eastern Europe lived under the boot or tyranny of the old Soviet Union. They know what bad is.

Is it not odd that Eastern Europe, Poland, Hungary, the Czech Republic etc. are the most pro Western anti communists and nationalist in Europe.

When someone kicks your ass for forty years and kills your friends and families and loved ones, you know whom your enemy is.

I have Traveled all over Europe but never Poland. They are number one on my bucket list now.

If you do not know what “Gates of Vienna: is look it up. The Poles saved Europe from the Ottoman Empire. They did well. They defeated the Muslims.

Another great battle was in Northern Spain, and not associated in time with the “Gates of Vienna.” It was King Pelayo. The Moors had driven the Christians into the Mountains of Asturias. This was their last stand. Pelayo defeated the Moors by luck of storms (I think it was God) that swept many of his enemy away in a flood.

This was the beginning of the military push South to evict the former Muslim conquers of Spain. It took many years.

I have been in the most sacred cave where they hid in preparation for the battle. It is a very sacred place where men of honor and Christian faith chose to fight and win or die.

Below that sacred cave is a great cathedral today. It is well worth visiting. In that little valley as at the Gates of Vienna Christianity was saved.

The West suffocate them little by little to death.

Freedom means nothing without the will and capacity to defend it.

That’s exactly the issue Trump raised on Thursday in Warsaw.

If the EU is your future, you’re going to disappear.

That’s exactly why Russia is apart from European integration.

Like I said, a supranational state can’t last. Something has to give.

That’s why the Brits voted for Brexit.

Did these people ever pick up a history book? Did they ever visit a communist country and see what a tyrannical hell hole it is for all but the few ruling elites??

A portion of our country is living in a idiocracy!
