Dear jethro, it is not incompetence and terrible judgement when it was intentional and designed to help our enemies.
He is stupid, but in this case he and his crew are likely on some level complicit. So he is both dumb and playing dumb here.
Incompetence. Bad judgement.

Each and every one of her crimes are indictable felonies.
The good old boys club must always attribute it to just (aw shucks) bad judgement, an “oopsie” requiring a mulligan, innocent errors, or goof by subordinates. They always protect their own.
