OK heres some

Obama’s 4th ggf George Washington Overall owned slaves, a 15 yo girl, a 25 yo man, listed in the 1850 census Nelson County, Kentucky,

and a 5th ggm Mary Duvall (the mother of George’s wife) owned two slaves...60 yo man, 58 yo woman..

Obamas bloodlines have been in the New World for a long time...but never as slaves...no middle passage for Obama...

the Duvalls go back to the 1600s ...in 1694 one of them a direct ancestor of Obama named Mareen Duvall of Anne Arundel County, Maryland, had at least 18 slaves..

So, I guess it makes sense that Obama had a dog. It must be that 1/2 white in him.

I was reading somewhere that Obama's first choice for a dog was a WHITE West Highland Terrier.
