The White House sent over a directive to the Pentagon Friday. The directive stopped enlistment of any more transgenders and directed Mattis to handle the currently enlisted ones in regard to potential deployment.

I was a naval officer and busted three guys for drugs. Start to finish a few months tops.
Faggots and cross dressers are incapacitate with military service. It is unacceptable. I cannot tolerate or accept it.

Even the military has its due process requirements, people. Until the boxes are checked off, kicking them out would run afoul of the military’s own rules.
It is a process, and can be onerous, but the process (mostly) prevents arbitrary decisions detrimental to the military.
That’s not what they are deciding. They are trying to figure out the best way to phase them out without creating legal issues

Kicking people out for using DRUGS, which is ILLEGAL, is not earth-shattering.
But you said ANY TIME for ANY REASON. I assure you, getting chaptered out for something less egregious than ILLEGAL DRUG USE is a process that requires more finesse...and in my experience, is only marginally quicker than doing it in the civilian world.
But lets get back to the ILLEGAL DRUG users - you boast it took 'a few months tops'. You do realize that in the civilian world that takes a 'couple of minutes tops', so its actually markedly more difficult to kick somebody out of the military for illegal drug use than it is in the civilian world.
Now lets review another un-resolved false statement you've made: "Civil courts have no jurisdiction here. None. You have no civil rights as a member of the military" Ignoring the incorrect confluence of civil law and civil courts with civil rights law, I informed you about the Federal Tort Claims Act...and you seem to have completely ignored it...a plain as day, black and white law that proves you are 100% incorrect. Do you dispute that?
Now lets get to the heart of the matter. I stated that the tranny ban in the military will end up in court...and you have a fantasy that it won't and can't, because of something spouted by a barracks lawyer in your past. This is veeeeery simple. Lets look at DADT - did it end up in court? Why YES IT DID.

In my officer training I was told you give up you constitutional rights when you join the military. Military members fall under the UCMJ.
I could search lockers and cars on base for drugs any time. Although the policy was if a person went positive on a pee pee test then their stuff was searched. But that was a policy of the command and not general Naval policy. You have zero 4th amendment rights in the military. That is one example.
The log cabin sh!t was preposterous and the Ninth Circus is a joke. Legislative action ended DADT. I big mistake IMO.
