Eric Chase, 19, Bolling's only child, died on Friday night, journalist Yashar Ali reported on Saturday.
'Very sad news, Eric Bolling’s son, who was only 19, died last night,' Ali, a contributor to New York magazine and Huffington Post, tweeted.
'By all accounts, Eric was incredibly devoted to his son. Heartbreaking.'

The remarkable thing about sin is that we’ve all got it! It’s perhaps not said in vain that when we point a finger at someone, we find three pointing back at ourselves.
I remember when this all became public in early August, and the one thing that perplexed me then and still now is the statement released by his attorney: “Mr. Bolling recalls no such inappropriate communications, does not believe he sent any such communications, and will vigorously pursue his legal remedies for any false and defamatory accusations that are made.”
The caution flag for me was “recalls no such inappropriate..,” and “does not believe he sent any such...” Reality is, if you in fact did not do any of these, then why not a clearly stated denial of “Mr. Bolling had no inappropriate communications and did not send any such communications.” There wasn’t clarity of denial in the statement.
But again, still all alleged.
agreed, very sad. When God says ‘thou shalt not bear false witness’ that includes not repeating accusations that could be false, and I think these accusations are FALSE.
Regardless, there’s been no conviction of this guy so why people here (especially) are picking it up and running with it.
As far as his son, being 19 could easily play into merciless college ‘tards going after him. Then dad gets fired and they probably poured gas on it and drove him over the edge.

You are correct, I did misread your post, and I do apologize.
I have read that it is not at all unusual for middle-school and high-school boys to send pictures of their dinglebobs to girls. The purpose is to get the girls to send naked pictures in return. The boys then sell these pictures to older boys.
A girl who will not participate risks being ostracized because she is "stuck up" or "a prude." Alternatively, she may be the subject of rumors that she is homosexual. My own 16-year-old daughter was asked for nude pictures by a boy in our sons' Scout troop who had previously seemed perfectly nice.
I am not saying anything about Mr. Bolling, because I don't have any idea. However, although we are saying, "Who does this? Is this even a thing?" a teenaged boy would not be asking. He knows people do this.
What do you mean by drop a lawsuit? Dropping a lawsuit usually means giving it up because you can’t win.
It’s sometimes my responsibility to mention a disagreement with thoughts on point. Don’t always like being put in that position, but once I have done so, it’s not my intent to continue to beat the point to death.

There seems a good probability. It's an extreme overreaction, even if young Mr. Bolling believed the allegations were accurate. He might have believed it, regardless of the actual facts.

Maybe there were times he was on a blind drunk and did something off the wall.
His texting records might show if something like that ever went out from his phone. A stunt that someone else played on him while he was on a blind drunk is another plausible explanation. I.e. that’s not his gonads. And why in the world did it take THIS long for a comment to be made about it?
I pray for wisdom to apply here.
