I think it is possible that the lawyer is covering bases incase something was on Eric’s media device, however, I believe they are trying to uncover how it got there, I think by illegal means (hacking his account) to frame him.
Once they find out how it got there, they can talk, and I hope they sue the bejeezus out of everyone involved.
Eric is a huge Trump supporter and was so visible on The Five. The left went nuts and decided to take him out.
I just have a strong hunch Eric has been set up by the deep state leftists who are at war with us.
I hope Eric will be able to come out with his lawyer and make a statement of innocence and grief at the loss of his beloved son.

Wow, those evil posts to Eric’s twitter are horrible. Shows how much influence the devil has in this world. I always say “there’s plenty of room in hell”. All these evil leftists will be very surprised at how their eternity will turn out. They’ll have their evil “fun” now, pay for it for later and forever.

I can’t imagine this nation after they got done with it. Truth is, they couldn’t like what they’d created either.
I don’t think the son would have sent them, but what if some of the libtards he was sharing the Boulder campus with, used Jr.’s device to send such a thing, or figured out how to do that to Eric Sr.’s phone or whatever it was? Maybe the kid felt horrible about it, and then the firing happened. Pure speculation but something made the poor kid give up.
I just pray for the family and friends of Eric Jr.

In my opinion and from watching Eric for many years on The Five, I believe the whole thing against him is pure horse crap. He was set up. I won’t believe he did anything like that unless I hear him say it himself. He has been horribly slandered, fired and now his kid is dead.
Having one’s good reputation taken down to nothing over what may be pure lies and hacking into someone’s personal media devices, has to be pure hell to live through.
To have your son die too, that’s unbearable.
I pray the truth all comes out. I believe there are many evil people who set Eric up. Now they have a dead young man along with a ruination of Eric Sr.’s life.
So awful. I hope Eric can make a statement in the near future and proclaim his innocence.
It is public that he has filed a lawsuit over this, but he needs to have a press conference and say he’s innocent.
