The prosecution wanting a strong sentence proves the feds didn’t want to hear what he had to say.
Thow the book at him, and call Hillary Clinton to take the stand.
No jail time.
Probation, no sex offender registry is my prediction.
Prosecution asking for 21-27 months.
I don’t consider that a “strong” sentence.

What Hillary has not mentioned in her book tour lamentations, is that the FBI and Comey right before election day, started looking into her case again, because of information related to Hillary found on Weiner’s computer.
In all the blame assigned by Hillary, Hillary has never mentioned Weiner as being one who hurt her campaign at the end.
No doubt will be slap on the wrist- then in 6 months time will die in mysterious accent.

Well, he could be in prison for two years.
I don’t know what the normal sentences are for a crime of this nature, so have no basis for comparison.
He’ll have to be explaining to his boy someday, as his boy grows up and can understand all this, why was Dad in prison. What did he do to go to prison. He can’t understand now, he’s too young.

Nope - even the wife pleading for leniency is just a joke. She knows that with a flick of the wrist the Clintons can take care of anything - they certainly have for her. NYPD still needs to come up with the emails they found that she sent to their shared computer...To my knowledge, that info has never been released. They’re the ones who alerted the feds to what they found..
