Anyone who thinks it doesn’t matter how the diamond-encrusted Neanderthals of the NFL behave while the national anthem is performed must not have seen this picture. The rot that started with Colin Kaepernick is spreading fast.

Probably not really covered in the rule book, they might have thought he was having physical problems or they didn’t really notice him. They’re not policemen, they’re ceremonial guards at a cemetery.
So a thug took the trouble to go to Arlington to do THAT?

Few respect our constitutional rights more than military and former military. They are not thugs, unlike those who would insult our country and our flag.

People used to have fad dances, like the Twist, Hand Jives, Jitterbug and the Lindyhop. They used to run around naked in public and have toga parties. Now they have this new fad of kneeling in front of flags, tombs, while singing the Star Spangled Banner. It’ll pass, but it sure is a stupid thing to have as a fad. What next, jerking off in houses of worship in the front pew, during services? Shhh. Don’t give them ideas.
They’re free to leave anytime they want.
To tell him to stand up while taps is playing is to break the rules regarding the playing of taps - and to show disrespect for fallen comrades in their own personal actions. It’s a darned-if-you-do, darned-if-you-don’t situation.

This bunch are slime. I don’t bother with slime. I ignore slime. You cannot change slime. You simply pour Clorox on it. I don’t watch the NFL anymore. I deleted the NFL channel from my DirecTV guide. I don’t watch ESPN either. I can do without these stupid ass slime balls. So, I ignore them. No use making an ulcer in your stomach. That’s how I deal with them. I certainly cannot beat them over the head with a ball bat, so I ignore them.

The soldier will have rules regarding conduct.
However, if (if) some interested other parties just happened to be nearby and if (if) they were “offended” by the kneeler, methinks the soldier, doing his duties, would not be able to look aside and notice the nearby folks beating the shi...er...Obamastuff out of the offending buttwipe.
Just thinkin’, of course.
Do not make the mistake of thinking they are only ceremonial guards. They are INFANTRYMEN, many have additional training including Ranger, Special Forces, Airborne etc. Quite a few have seen combat. Believe me, if called upon, they can dish it out.
Neanderthals, noble progenitors of Vikings and Celts, should not be used as a way to reference BLM thugs.
