Roger Goodell initiated the NFL’s self-destruct sequence years ago with his SJW garbage. The owners have done nothing to stop it and the countdown is close to reaching zero.

Put the NFL through the MAGA TRUMP MACHINE like the DNC.

MAGA = RESTORATION OF FAITH IN GOD AND OUR FREE CONSTITUTIONAL REPUBLIC

When I read this: “....the media makes it look as though that’s hip and that’s cool and traditional American values are uncool and unhip and nerdy and what have you...” It reminded me of the video of a panel of libs. Ann Coulter as guest, is asked who has the best chance of winning the election. When Ann said Trump, the panel ROFLTAO. They believed their own BS, that Hillary was adored, and sure to win.

Forward thinking is one of the indicators of high intelligence. NFL has shown their low intelligence. Somebody has to be on the LEFT side of the Bell Curve.

But if you look at any number of indicators and any number of teams now announcing in advance, “Hey, we’re standing on Sunday.” The Steelers. “We’re standing on Sunday."

IF they stand on Sunday, this is how they'll do it, perhaps without masks, but watch for the racist fists:

I have relatives in the SW, and they either hate Texas teams or have shrines in their homes and on their Truck dashboards, honoring their Texas teams.

So, I sent this mime to those who don’t like Texas teams and said, “You will know who to forward this to!”

Even the pro Cowboy relatives after the first day are sending that mime out to other Cowboy fans.

People had pretty well had it with the national felons league for quite some time, this was like a catalyst. The straw that broke the camel’s back.

I think the NFL is going to be shocked that a number of fans won’t come back even when all this nonsense ends. People are finding other stuff to do - and enjoying it. The NFL will be tainted for a long time. Years ago, I had season tickets to the local MLB team. After baseball players went on strike, I lost interest and stopped going to games altogether. Sometimes I’ll get interested in the World Series games, but that’s it for me and baseball.

Traditions are nice but sometimes they run their course. Things change. Isn’t that what they’re always telling us? Maybe one day MLB will lose its monopoly and there can be local and semipro leagues again.

There should be a class action against the NFL for violating their own rules, written code of conduct that the fans count on when attending or watching an NFL game.
The NFL is cheating the fans of the experience they paid for in attending or watching games. I bet if they has 50 million plaintiff’s in this class action lawsuit they might break the NFL.

Where are the good Class Action attorneys.
Where are the ANTI-TRUST attorneys?

I’m a Dallas boy and was once a Cowboy fan, following the team religiously from the 60s into the 80s. These were the best Cowboy years with Don Meredith, Craig Morton, Roger Staubach and Danny White who probably stayed too long; not leaving out the Doomsday Defense with Jethro Pugh and the legendary Bob Lilly. It was pretty much over when Murchison cashed out, and I gave up after Tom Landry was fired in such a mean-spirited no-class way.
I don’t believe Jerry Jones has the courage to go after Goodell, and in any case he’s outnumbered. But if a miracle happens, who’s a credible replacement? My dream choice would be no-BS Mike Ditka, assuming he’d take the job.
If anyone on this thread hasn’t read it already, let me recommend the David Maraniss book: When Pride Still Mattered: A Life of Vince Lombardi.

Classic Commie/Marxist propagandist tactic to feint that the majority of the population thinks/believes a certain way through media & fake news. The point to shoutdown and shutdown all opposition.

Rush nails it again.

I need to re-read that book!

Jerry Jones ha always reminded me of Big Ed Bookman from the movie “Semi-Tough”. His stunt from the other day proved to me he is Big Ed!

Mike Ditka is not not a qualified replacement. Imho.

If all the players and owners involved gave sincere apologies AND if they not only promised to stand in the traditional manner (none of this locked arm bs) AND if they announced that for the next month, rather than soloists, the PLAYERS would lead the fans in singing the national anthem ...THEN maybe they’d have a chance at getting the disgusted fans to come back.

The NFL is destroying the NFL.

Trump just added some mighty slick grease to the slide into bankruptcy the NFL is headed for.

Then—pray tell—what are all those overpaid ‘athletes’ going to do for a job???
