Pretty sure they’re asking a question. Their windows do not open and if they’ve added ventilation strips they’re not wide or big enough for those guns and access to the crowd. It would be a tight opening with not range to move the gun. It’s ludicrous imo

A small personal plane? Doubt it. First of all most people would see it coming and start running. Those small personal planes are not exactly fast so its not as if a jet would be hitting the ground. The small plane would have one shot at killing someone and that’s it where that kind of arsenal shooting at 20K gathered behind fencing? Yea much better using automatic weapons.

CAVEAT: The planes he owns are actual large airliners like a 747 or Airbus A340 etc. Doubt that, though.

That image of the dead shooter illustrates precisely why no one who knows anything about gunshot wounds through the mouth believes that Vince Foster shot himself with that .38 in the park.

Notice that the handgun wound up above his head. (Foster's hand was down by his side, with his thumb still through the trigger guard.

And, gunshots to the brain -- while the heart is still pumping -- produce copious blood flow. Foster had virtually none.

I totally can't look at the photo while at work, but... was he maybe standing when he offed himself? Splattered his evil brain out the back and then crumpled... gun fell wherever it wound up. Possible?

Also possible re: the gun position... when they came into the room, even though he sure may have looked like a goner, it'd be best to move any weapons away from his reach. Don't know if that makes sense, since I didn't look at the photo yet.

...Also,look at the safety; when enlarged, grainy as it is, it looks like a three position safety with a full auto position. That means it’s most likely a real machine gun...

Some of my rifles have the 3 position selector, it just won't flip into anything but safe/zombie mode. That's just because they make the lower billet a standard part... the real magic is inside the lower, not whether there's a stamping that says "auto" on the side.

(fyi that's not common, but I've seen it on several custom builds besides my own... pre-built AR's are unlikely to have that)

I examined that video -- taken from inside a moving car. There IS a sequence of repetitive flashes --synched with gunshot sounds -- apparently at 4th floor level.

HOWEVER, that is a "curtain wall" building, and the perp had to break out windows with a hammer to be able to fire outside. AFAIK, no broken windows on the 4th floor have been reported.

Reflections in the car window? Fake? Something else?

I enlarged the photo some and you can see what appears to be a S&W .357 magnum on the floor above his head. Also looks like a combo of 5.56 and 7.625 brass laying around.
