Obama’s “flexibility” comment was in March of 2012 - after the Uranium One deal was done. Whatever Obama was promising was something IN ADDITION TO what had already been done.
Maybe the Iran deal? A place for all that US uranium to go, in return for all that money Obama also gave Iran?
