Again, I’d vote for the man because in the capacity of Senator I don’t question his conservatism whatsoever. As a Judge however he was tossed for not following a higher court directive. Judge Roy Moore learned you don’t get to pick and choose which orders to follow

As a JarHead you probably know you are not obligated to follow an unlawful order, so why are you insisting that the Judge was obligated to follow one.

As a JarHead he would also know that if he disobeys an order later found to be lawful then he's going to pay the penalty for his mistake. Same with Moore.

Bingo and this instance the argument used was a straw man . It isn’t life and death with the Moore decision. It was using the bench as judicial activism. The very same thing we argue against. He could have lodged this to the legislature, carried up through higher courts or stepped down as a form of protest.
