Can’t wait for this principled conservative judge to become US senator. There’s not too many in Washington, DC. I also don’t understand why Jeff Sessions is not telling the liberal Obama appointed judge that the Commander in Chief determines who can serve in the military, not judges. IMHO it’s another reason to fire Sessions.

Federal Judges firmly believe they are totally unaccountable and they are completely out of control. Unless they are reigned in, and fast, disaster looms.

Roy Moore Suggests Impeachment of Judge Blocking Military Trans INVASION Ban

The United States...shall protect each [state] against invasion
U.S. Const. art. IV, sec. 4.

Remember it is not what the Lying left calls it. It is not a "travel" ban or "trans" ban. It is an INVASION ban (illegal and enemy immigration is INVASION).

Well, the Constitution does provide impeachment as the remedy for correction of judicial misbehavior. And usurpation of another branch’s constitutional power is a high crime in my book.

One of the best things we can do is start impeaching judges.

I wasn’t excited about voting for Roy Moore but that has been changing. I will certainly vote for him against any democrat.

We don’t need transgender bathrooms and we don’t need transgender military and we don’t need a weaker military,”

Weakening the military is what this is about.

Forcing the rest of us to indulge the delusions of people who reject their own biological facts is not who we are.

Unfortunately, even many self-proclaimed “conservatives” denigrate Moore. They have apparently completely lost sight of what conservatism is.

US Congress has wide latitude over the functioning of Federal District Courts. Just eliminate it.

Actions speak louder than words and the Republican Establishment has been consistently unwilling to back up their words about “values” among other things with actions.

That’s one thing for sure as we consider this matter and Roy Moore’s approach to it.

The courts are out of control.

Constitution, Article III, Section 1:

The judicial Power of the United States, shall be vested in one supreme Court, and in such inferior Courts as the Congress may from time to time ordain and establish. The Judges, both of the supreme and inferior Courts, shall hold their Offices during good Behaviour . . .."

“Roy Moore Stands by Criticism of Muslims in Congress”

http://www.freerepublic.com/focus/f-news/3600434/posts

“Common sense alone dictates that in the midst of a war with Islamic terrorists we should not place someone in a position of great power who shares their doctrine,” Moore wrote. “In 1943, we would never have allowed a member of Congress to take their oath on Mein Kampf, or someone in the 1950s to swear allegiance to the ‘Communist Manifesto.’ Congress has the authority and should act to prohibit Ellison from taking the congressional oath today!”

...and is a perfect example of the outlandish doctrine of judicial supremacy whereby judges exalt themselves over the Constitution they are sworn to uphold.”

Sounds a lot like the reason given when they impeached Moore.
