This is a twelve years war folks.
I have laughed at this kabuki theater from the start. The Republicans in the Senate did to Trump what they are doing to Moore. Rather than say they would expel Trump if elected, they instead decided that they would simply kill his agenda. With Healthcare it was Murkowski, Collins, Paul and ultimately McCain who killed that bill. This time the new designee is Ron Johnson.
One “principled” guy and now we just need two more to just say no, because, they just say no.
Regardless, this was the desired outcome from the get go. Those speculating about passing this or anything should know one thing. The Senate will pass nothing, nada, zilch.
Implement common sense, comprehensive Spending Control.
Funny, Bill Cassidy and Tim Scott were all over talk radio today telling us that this bill had been whipped and that it should pass. I didn’t think I could despise the Republican Party and Mitch McConnell any more than I already do.....but I do.
On issue after issue, the House/Senate GOP fails to “nail down” their people, before leaking or making public their bills.
I guess that is how business is now done, in the age of instant-everything.
If one doesn’t get their way, they walk out of a supposedly confidential proceeding and start leaking away.
This was how teens and liberals were a few years ago, but now it is Republicans too.
What a phony reason to oppose. He’s being blackmailed.

(Wow, and that’s just background.)
But it doesn’t look like a big deal to me.
What an ass. Obviously he knows nothing about economics
Call the scumbag on this...completely false!!! Just an excuse to vote no and screw Trump!
Another self-important asshat feigning principles in order to thwart POTUS’ agenda.
The gop faction of the uniparty is bound and determined to lose in 2018. They yearn for the days of old as a minority party. They never had to actually lead, just split up their share of the loot.
Politics is a scam and were suckers for playing.
This scumbag POS got elected as a “Tea Partier”. Back in 2010 these opportunist POS’es knew which way the wind was blowing so they got on board.
Sen. Johnson raises valid points here, but anyone in business who is in a high tax bracket surely has the resources to conduct business as a corporation instead of as a sole proprietor or partnership.
I am a life long bookkeeper-—someone please explain to me what a ‘non-corporation’ is.
Are they talking about a ‘partnership?
A self employed person? on Schedule C on the 1040?
What?
Another worthless politician.
