Fear is the main reason she should have taken a pass in the first place.

If you know it’s illegal and will anger people, don’t do it.

Don’t come hissing and moaning later to get by with it.

Translation: She knows she did enough things to warrant such retaliation. She was fine attacking but afraid of being on the receiving end.

Typical liberal.

Why shouldn’t her deposition be made public. She was a federal employee, often called a public servant. She worked for the public. Testimony about her actions against the public should be on the public record. Betrayal of the public trust, and failure to perform ones duty, should have consequences.

When public servants, elected and non-elected, are held accountable for their behavior the performance of their jobs, the welfare of the republic is enhanced.

Daylight and transparency is the enemy of the darkness resulting from corruption.

Rather than Cell Block C, she should be put on the Green Mile.

The government owes the release of the material to the targeted VICTIMS of HER CRIMINAL OPPRESSION! The government owes nothing to this vile woman who was the WILLING STATIST OPPRESSOR. She has escaped ANY punishment but is instead enjoying her six figure federal pension.

Lois Lerner sneered at Republicans in committee, but ran scared when a reporter showed up & she tried to hide in a neighbor’s house who said nothing doing.

Great vid still.

I’ll say it:

Fear of retaliation from the general public is a necessary thing to keep powerful government bureaucrats in check.

She was afraid of Obama so she broke the law.
She is afraid of Tea Party now.

Does she realize that life can be pretty much fear-free if you make it a policy to consistently do the right thing, and tell the truth?

She’s in a lose-lose situation now (although she knows Tea Party people don’t resort to violence), and I’m happy about that. She needs to suffer to the max because she caused so many innocent people to suffer.

This is what we can always expect when the bureaucracy knows the government protects the guilty from their victims. The public needs to see EXACTLY how that happens, so that the whole system can be cleaned out and some semblance of accountability restored.

The “justice” system is supposed to make vigilante justice unnecessary. If we have no “justice” system, the public needs to know and SO DO THE PERPS, so that we stop paying the system to pretend to be something they are not, to prevent victims from taking justice into the only earthly hands that will actually do something about it.

What’s it gonna be, feds? Are you gonna genuinely do justice, or are we back to the wild west? It’s your call, feds. But make dang sure you know what your answer means.

Absolutely correct, because as we all know, the government isn’t going to police its self.

Yeah, I'd expect I'm not alone in wondering why I got audited after 9-12.

Personally speaking, I'd get more satisfaction out of seeing Louis and Co. waddling off to prison than seeing her swing from a lamp post.

But, that's just me.
