I recall one Federal Judge rescinding Obambi’s Executive Order that banned some offshore drilling. Obambi simply ignored the Judge and issued a new Executive Order with the same language. The only thing Obambi never ignored was the mirror.
Upholder of the Constitution? The President cannot unappropriate what the Congress appropriated. Congress controls the spending. These are the same kind of grounds that killed the line item veto. The solution is for Congress to remove the funds from the budget.
The solution is for Federal Marshalls to go in and arrest those top officials who are violating federal immigration laws, harboring illegal aliens.
They need to be indicted and serve out the rest of their elected terms....in prison.
All Trump has to do is ignore him. The Judge has no power over the President, this is ridiculous.

I think, at this point, we can do away with the useless Office of the President.
Why spend all the money with the pomp and circumstances and all the money with the Secret Service protections? It’s not like the President can do absolutely anything any more.
Let them have their money. As each case arises, the DOJ should conduct raids on the local government offices and perp walk the officials responsible for violating federal law to a federal holding facility. A few felony convictions will turn this around.
