WHAT? Are you mad? Merrick is a gun-grabber! NEVER, NEVER, should another gun-grabber get on the Supreme Court. Shall. Not. Be. Infringed!

I would love for RBG to move on to what is next, but she apparently works out regularly and is hanging on for longer than I would have thought. That does trouble me.

After seeing some of the totally baseless and patently politicized assertions of judicial power over national defense matters, matters constitutionally entrusted to the president with congress — not the judiciary — — I’m all for president Trump selecting some new and hopefully constitutionally- minded judges. And anyway it’s his job to nominate people to fill judicial vacancies.

Yeah, if Hillary was president, they wouldn’t be writing this.

"As a result, by sometime next year, 1 in 8 cases filed in federal court will be heard by a judge picked by Trump. Many of these judges will likely still be serving in 2050" Long may they live.

It's not a "plan," Bozo.

It's a done deal, thanks to Dingy Harry.

>>President Trump will add twice as many lifetime members to the federal judiciary in the next 12 months (650) as Barack Obama named in eight years (325). American law will never be the same.

This is why the Globalists want to hand the Senate over to the Dems ASAP. Keep winning, President Trump!

Due to GOP obstruction, “the number of [judicial] vacancies . . . on the table when [Trump] was sworn in was unprecedented,”

Way to go, GOP obstruction! I don't see what WaPo is crying about; this whole article is great news.

This will be Trump's legacy. He may have three more SCOTUS picks next year. Thomas and Kennedy through retirement. RBG is on her last leg.

By the end of next year we could have the Trump Court of the United States.

WaPo writes as if this is a bad thing

From a Liberal's perspective it's nightmarish. For those of us who love America, it would be a dream come true.

The lefties at the Compost are pretending not to know what FDRs insidious plan to pack scotus really was.

They're not pretending. They really don't know.

If Hillary had won she would have the same number of ‘picks’ and the little sh*ts at the Washington Post would be brimming with praise.
