An alleged victim of former Silicon Valley star T.J. Miller is coming forward with accusations that Miller hit and sexually assaulted her while in college.
The accusations were eventually addressed by a student court at George Washington University and have been buzzed about in Hollywood and stand-up circles for years.
“He just tried a lot of things without asking me, and at no point asked me if I was all right,” the woman told The Daily Beast. “He choke[d] me, and I kept staring at his face hoping he would see that I was afraid and [that he] would stop… I couldn’t say anything.”d

I honestly have no idea who this T.J. Miller is, and I have even less sympathy for him, but this strikes me as double jeopardy here. Apparently this was somehow adjudicated through a college kangaroo court many years ago. Then for years evidently nothing further has been said by this woman, and now with the national witch trials in full bloom, she comes forward at the apex of his career with this story. Hmmmm...
T.J. Miller was fired from HBO’s ‘Silicon Valley’ and won’t be returning next season.
Seems to have serious substance abuse issues, he had an HBO comedy special and was incoherent in it.
He’s doing ok on ME-TV last I checked.
A favorite 80s sitcom. That’s how I see it.

Having had a relationship where someone convinced family members of things that weren’t true, I can say with authority that people outside rooms and homes, have no way of knowing truth in these matters.
Physical evidence may or may not reveal what actually took place.
Here it does sound like she has a good case against the guy, and she may. I lean toward believing her, but I do have a history with someone who lied. It was a person people would not have thought could lie like that too. What’s more, that person wasn’t what you’d think of as a bad person at all outside that.
If you go through a situation like this, it will forever change your ability to trust you are hearing the gospel truth when people tell you things.
It’s amazing how many of the biggest anti-Trump virtue signaling celebrities have been accused of sexual assault.
I can relate to what just said. Our family had accusations within that had zero foundation and no physical evidence as to what happened if anything. Decades later it came to light nothing happened, that a therapist based sexual misconduct on how a patient was acting, which was supposedly typical of sexual abuse.
What proved true later was the symptoms were a sign of something that had nothing to do with sexual abuse. The pain created by this false accusation (by the therapist) and subsequent witch hunt will exist until all family members are gone.
This leftist mindset that the severity of charge alone (without evidence) is enough to convict is pure stupidity, and the public falls for it all the time.

Either it happened, and start the lawsuit or its consentual and you accepted it. Regret or embarrassment isnt rape or harassment.
