The former parish priest said he had repressed his sexuality throughout his career because of the church's stance on homosexuality but is now able to be his 'true-self'. That "true self" is evidently a deluded, penniless sodomite.

be a good case for elder abuse in the states. clearly his “lover” was manipulating him. I'm not a lawyer but I believe that the only way to address this here is to have the "donor" declared to have been legally incompetent at the time of the transaction and once that's done...if it's done...the transaction can be declared null and void.
