A man in his mid-20s who graduated from Atlantic City High School is believed to be the first American member of the Islamic State terror group to be filmed beheading a prisoner, according to a report in The Atlantic magazine published Saturday.
Zulfi Hoxha, whose family immigrated to the United States from Albania and formerly owned a pizzeria in Margate, is believed to have connected with another man, David Wright, through online video games possibly as early as 2010, the magazine reported.
Wright put Hoxha in touch with others who then helped Hoxha travel to a part of Syria controlled by Islamic State, according to court documents quoted by The Atlantic.

Then again, I realize we aren’t formally at war, since we haven’t declared war on ISIS, or anyone else. So legally, maybe he’s not an enemy combatant.

Enemy combatant or not, he’s definitely a murderer and a terrorist which in my opinion makes him persona non grata. Revoke his citizenship and then hand him over to the Syrians if he attempts to return to the US.
The remarkable thing here, is that he graduated high school.
In some places they just hand out diplomas even if you don’t show up for class.

Not surprised he was trafficked to Atlantic City; it fits the mold of places abandoned by Americans where they have to import Third Worlders just to prepare the fast food for the permanent underclass there. Same as Newark NJ a couple of hours north; the people preparing the fast food for the swollen welfare sows are all foreigners.
He picked the wrong time to play that game. President Trump has killed all but a handful of his Islamic brethren - he won’t last long.
