The Evidence Inside The “House Intel Committee Four Page FISA Memo”…
CONSERVATIVE TREEHOUSE ^ | 1/19/2018 | SUNDANCE

Posted on 01/19/2018 7:39:21 PM PST by bitt

To understand the Four Page House Intelligence Memo at the heart of today’s FISA Abuse stories, it helps to understand why the memo is needed. We wrote about the issue in a March 2017 outline called: “The Nunes Paradox” – SEE HERE

As the year-long story has unfolded, there are two central components at the heart of the political corruption and weaponization of the DOJ and FBI:

♦First, corruption within the DOJ and FBI that included their use of unlawful use of FISA-702 exploits; and ♦Second, how that intelligence information was extracted, passed along to those outside government, repackaged, and reconstituted into the “Steele Dossier”. The finished, albeit sketchy, intelligence was later returned to the FBI to request lawful FISA court surveillance authority. It is a circle of “intelligence laundering”.

The DOJ (National Security Division), and FBI (Counterintelligence Division), worked together on the enterprise. This collaboration is where the insider “small group” participants assemble, intersect and ultimately redistribute themselves into the Mueller investigation with the help of Mueller’s adviser, FBI Chief Legal Counsel James Baker.

DHS Secy Jeh Johnson's Testimony to Congress WRT his 2017 $40 billion Budget
BY ERIC HOLDEMAN / FEBRUARY 24, 2016
DHS Secy Jeh Johnson at House Committee on Appropriations, Subcommittee on Homeland Security hearing in front of Congress testified about the 2017 budget for his department. Some highlights include:

-$5.1 billion for transportation screening operations, including increased screening personnel, to ensure the security of our airways, a $100 million increase;

-$1.6 billion, an increase of over $200 million, to fund our vital cyber-security mission, including increased investments in the Continuous Diagnostic Mitigation program;

-$1.9 billion for the Secret Service, same enacted in FY 2016, to protect our national leaders, fight cyber-crime, and support increased hiring;

-$319 million to cover costs associated with illegal aliens---unaccompanied children and families illegally crossing the border;

-$1.1 billion for recapitalization of US Coast Guard’s assets, including a sizable investment in the Nation’s future arctic capability;

-$226 million for continued investment in the construction of a future DHS headquarters (that never got built)

ANALYSIS It is hard to tell from his testimony (deliberately obscure language?) what funding levels he's proposed for state and local homeland security "grant programs." The Secretary says "we will improve morale at DHS" ----- a workforce of 240,000 tax-sucking employees. $81.9M alone could be saved by eliminating the DHS' useless Biowatch program.

----They gathered information on candidate Hillary Clinton’s political opposition----

The implication is that there was op research on other candidates in addition to trump

Since Jeb was initially considered to be the primary opposition, where is the info gathered on Jeb? On Cruz? on what's her name?

Without doubt, the intelligence effort extends far beyond Trump. Going beyond the non threatening candidacy of trump is the truly damning aspect of the investigation into the FBI/DOJ Black Hats.

The reason for the government shut down is to deflect attention from the coming disaster. It amounts to late fourth quarter fouls to gain some time.

Yes release it. Do these people actually believe they are smarter than you and me? Do they think they are more sophisticated to handle the information than you and me. Do they forget they work for you and me?

I don’t think voters can about FISA whatever any more than they care about Russia nonsense or Bengahzi. They care about their pocket books.

I’m far from defeatist and I can’t stand chicken little whining. BUT there are worrying signs for the midterms (not to mention reelection) and redistricting court cases that could penetrate us rec*ally.

The biggest problem at the moment is the Senate, hanging on by a thread. If Wise Latina drops you only need 2 pigs to jump ship. This bastard Jones voted against the shutdown (g0d d@mn 60 votes BS) but he’s gonna eff us on something.

Well, you know, we are not going to get any support from Lynch... Oh wait, she isn’t AG. We had an election and put our folks in power so we don’t have to go through this ‘beat the drum’ stuff every 5 minutes on every issue. Oh wait, yes we do.

DOJ Inspector General Michael Horowitz has released some documents to Congress already with many more to come. He is also scheduled to release a more extensive report on FISA abuses.

Yes, he broke the law taking selfies inside the sub.

He also got convicted in (presumably) a court martial and did his time.

"Who gave him the order to do this?"

Only 3 people could do that, Obama directly, which he would not do. He would have told Holder or Lynch as his Thug AG's tell Clapper and Brennan what to do.

They would have asked England's GCHQ to do the surveillance to keep them out of the mess.

3 days after Trump became president, the head of GCHQ retired to spend more time with his family. Admiral Mike Rogers had probably identified his Brit counterpart in his private talks with the our new President Trump. See * below.

Notice how quiet Lynch has been since this $hitstorm hit last year. Even Holder has been quiet this past week. *Obama and his thugs did not need any FISA warrants to spy on/monitor/surveil Candidate Trump or President Elect Trump.

Napolitano: Obama Admin Used British GCHQ To Spy On Trump During Campaign

Posted By Tim Hains On Date March 14, 2017

On Monday, Fox News Channel judicial analyst Andrew Napolitano alleged that three intelligence sources had confirmed to him that the Obama administration used GCHQ (Britain's NSA) to spy on President Trump during the 2016 election so that there would be no paper trail.

"Three intelligence sources have informed Fox News that President Obama went outside the 'chain of command' to conduct the surveillance on Trump," he said. "Obama didn’t use the NSA, he didn’t use the CIA, he didn’t use the FBI, and he didn’t use the Department of Justice."

"What happened to the guy who ordered this? Resigned three days after Trump took office," he added.

GCHQ nor Obama did nor required any paperwork to monitor and spy on candidate Trump.

All Obama had to do was have his AG Lynch make a phone call to Robert Hannigan @DCHQ and tell him to monitor candidate Trump and his people. No FISA stuff or judges nor paper trails.

https://www.realclearpolitics.com/video/2017/03/14/napolitano_obama_admin_used_british_intel_service_to_spy_on_trump_during_campaign.html

When did Mr Trump become our President? Jan 21, 2017 - Donald Trump became the 45th President of the United States on Friday, vowing to drain power from Washington elites and always put "America first" in its dealings with the world at a moment of transformative political change.

*So one might ask who resigned 2-3 days after Trump became president. It was not one of our intel guys. It was the director of Brit GCHQ intel. Go to the links below to find out who left GCHQ to spend more time with his family.

*Robert Hannigan has quit as head of GCHQ Credit: GCHQ. Gordon Rayner, Chief Reporter.
