I imagine both currently endure being treated by their colleagues, and other acquaintances like a plague. Fearing all their communication will be wire-tapped or closely watched.

They earned the distinct stigma and will be wearing it for life.

And just imagine how those bigger fish, or actors yet unknown, feel. Let them stew in their own miserable soup. For Now.

The picture I see of this Lisa skank doesn’t say much for her. Her teeth are terrible, and her hair is greasy. I assume both she and Peter were married while they were having an affair.............ignorant, cheating, educated lawyers are far worse than any “hillbilly”.

You are uninformed about Strzok’s resume, and the positions he’s held facilitating the Bad Guys’ shenanigans.

“As an example, up until now the FBI has refused to allow the two of them to be interviewed or to testify to congress.”

They’re called “subpoenas” and the FBI doesn’t get to pick and choose whether or not to comply with them.

I know.....I know.

The modern leftist idea of elite police has resulted in overtoleration of unseemly conduct on the grounds of “who else will do the job if we enforce conscientiousness”?

They’re called “subpoenas” and the FBI doesn’t get to pick and choose whether or not to comply with them.

But it's happening nevertheless.

You haven't seen or heard of Strzok and Page being iterviewed or testifying before congress yet, have you?

The FBI and DOJ can't legally deny or ignore FOIA requests either.

But we know it's happening nevertheless.

You know firing a gub mint employee for any reason is nearly impossible.

And WHY is this, and how can it be changed? It very clearly needs to be.

“They are just the stupid help”

So are these people are just the grunts or rank and file? I thought that the “suits” on the 7th floor were the bad guys and the “boots” were the good guys.

The FBI has had a checkered history, not a storied history. The leadership sets the tone and the FBI is horribly corrupt. The leadership has infected the so called rank and file so now we can consider the whole agency as rank. It’s time we purged re-evaluated and reduced the scope of this agency.

I worked HR in local government. One manager discovered that a secretary in the Building Dept. Had been shredding ALL of her filing instead of filing it for a couple years. They wanted to fire her ass but the lovely SEIU stepped in. She was two years from retirement, so they sent her home and continued paying her for two years at home until she could officially retire.

And, speaking of HR, what the hell is Strzok doing there now? In that department he has the perfect access and opportunity to wreak havoc in so many ways. He can mess with files of everyone at FBI, and perhaps everyone who has security clearances. What were they thinking?

If only we had an individual with legal plenary power over the Dept of Justice and the FBI. You know, someone in charge of it the whole shebang. We could give him or her a snappy title, something like, oh I dont know, maybe “Attorny General” or something along those lines.

That person could have legal authority over everyone in that Department and could order people to comply with Congress or lose their jobs.

Too bad we don’t have anything like that.

"Why hasn’t Trump ordered Sessions to clean house?"

Because the first person to be fired would be AG keebler Elf, having long exceeded the Peter Principle.

Seriously, who will prosecute? Not Stealth Sessions. Not implicated Rosenstein.

A new special prosecutor is needed.

Being in the Box is much better, they can’t even look cross-eyed now without someone watching. Also, helps prevent an accident. The bad actors would have harder time to get to them. For the time being, they are right were they need to be.

You nailed it. They're not getting away with anything, and their salaries and benefits are cheap insurance to keep them safe and under close observation. Trump is forcing Congress to dig up evidence that he already knows but which many lawmakers prefer to ignore. When the hammer falls, the breadth and depth of the seditious plot will be widely known and impossible to conceal. All this evidence is building daily and is not going to disappear. Nervous FReepers aside, who among the actual players appear terrified?

You present some worthwhile inside info. Thanks. I truly appreciate it.

I still wonder about going to work when your stupid mugshots are shown daily on the tube, in periodicals, on the internet. Yes, I get that people might be prone to think, “well, we all do the same thing”; problem is, these two dorks got caught and put the spotlights on their whole branch, bringing them all under some opprobrium.

You never figured it out? You give them GREAT reviews so someone else will take them. It is impossible to demote or fire so you promote them up.

Mark doesn’t seem to understand that it’s impossible to be fired by the Federal government.
