LIVINGSTON, N.J. (CBSNewYork) — A sizable crowd gathered at a synagogue in Livingston, New Jersey Sunday to hear three survivors of the Parkland, Florida school massacre speak.
As WCBS 880’s Ethan Harp reported, Marjory Stoneman Douglas High School students David Hogg, Ryan Deitsch, and Matthew Deitsch all took part in a rally at Temple B’nai Abraham in support of what they call common sense gun legislation.

It’s my belief, I’ll take the heat for it, but I think the shooting was allowed to happen and may have had help from the Sheriff and FBI. Note that this happened in a Progressive Ghetto, Broward County, and no other real sheriff’s dept. would have acted that way. The FBI’s actions were criminally negligent at the very least. Everyone knew he was and bomb waiting to explode but nothing was done .... in probably the only place it could happen .... a Progressive Ghetto.
When I was a kid, we used to go down to the swampy side of the lake and grab big frogs with our kid hands.

David will NOT be attending school until the Florida Legislature and the U.S. Government literally take action on something with guns.
David may receive his high school diploma privately this summer, but he ain’t entering that school unless there’s some changes, he said last week.
Of course, this will have a very disparate impact on minorities and sentence large numbers of them to prison with no chance at parole. But they will feel good about themselves.

The name difference between “Sheriff’s Department” and “Sheriff’s Office” tells which type of system the Sheriff/community runs;
Department means that it is a subsystem to higher (govt.) authority.
Office refers to the Sheriff being elected by the people.
