They do??? I haven’t seen them on the nest when I’ve checked. Wasn’t sure if they were going to use the nest this year.

Waiting for daylight at Budapest to see if those eagles’ egg has hatched yet. It had a nice pip in it when I checked last night and again this afternoon.

They’ve been on the nest every morning for a while, but don’t stay long. I had no idea she had one till I was going through my playlist and saw her on the nest tonight. They always roost somewhere else. Then I scrolled back and saw her roll it.

I do hope the Hungarian eagles have a successful hatch to fledge. We need more WT eagles! :)

Like I mentioned the other night, we don’t eat the pears on our trees any more. The trees are old and the fruit isn’t that tasty any more. But the critters love them.

Maybe there are some critters who like your little apples. :-)

I wish them better luck this year. Last year was rotten for them.

And I, too, hope the Hungarian eagles are able to raise their eaglet to fledging. It’s a little nerve-wracking them only having the one.

Now to see when Mildina lays her eggs at Latvia! It’s time.

I don’t know how anyone is going to see a pip in the Sauces eggs. They are so poofy with straw and grass. LOL!

They said mid-March is when they normally lay eggs there and we’re almost there. Raimis and Mildina have put a lot of work into the nest this year to get it ready.

You’re not kidding about the Sauces nest. It should be mighty comfy for them with all the fluff but it sure makes it hard to see anything.
