Hey California State, you think you can act as a political entity unto yourself and with respect to no other political of which you are a part, including the U.S. government, and you seem surprised that lower jurisdictions would adopt the same philosophy with respect to you?

I say if the Cali AG sets one toe into Orange County, the OC Sheriff should arrest him and throw him in jail immediately. The charge: harboring illegal aliens.

Somebody help me out here.

doesn’t a Sheriff have more “arrest” power than an AG or even the State Police?

Sheriffs are given wide latitude to do their jobs

It sounds like “hahvee” is still looking forward to making Cauliphonya part of America. The union needs to dump that joint before he does.

The Sheriff needs to file charges against the Kali AG for violations of federal law.

You can’t make this up. They violate federal law and call Trump and sessions dictator fascists for enforcing federal law, but then turn around and threaten to arrest all who disobey their illegal laws.

Servo, Has anyone (on our side) taken an inventory of federal installations in California?

I have been an anti-illegal alien proponent since the 80's while in the Navy and lived about 2 miles from the Mexican border. They'd swarm through our side gate because we lived on a curved street that led due north. They would wake up my scared children as I went out to confront them many times.

I have supported and donated to the Federation for American Immigration Reform (FAIR.org) for many years. I was also a Minuteman and went to stand duty in Tombstone. I also worked with the co-founder Jim Gilchrist in his home across the hwy from me.

I ask residents of Orange County to contact their city councils and Mayors and demand them to join Los Alamitos, Orange County, and the White House lawsuit against the un-Constitutional CA bill, SB-54. The elite in Sacramento (CA capitol) have lost all regard for California citizens' safety.

Also, anyone in OC who would like to organize a "Support Our Sheriff" rally (or other name), please contact me via Freepmail. I've organized rallies before (ask Jim Robinson) and I will do it again. The following is info for the Sheriff Hq, and the sub-stations. Let me know which you can attend. However, I suggest not the main Hq because the town is filled with illegals. I don't want violent confrontations - just support for our Sheriff and the Mayor of Los Alamitos.

Sheriff's Office Main Headquarters:
Address: 550 N Flower St, Santa Ana, CA 92703
Phone: (714) 647-7000

Aliso Viejo Station:
11 Journey, Aliso Viejo, CA 92656 - 949-425-1800

Lake Forest Station:
20202 Windrow Dr, Lake Forest, CA 92630 - 949-206-6100

Orange Station:
431 The City Dr S, Orange, CA 92868 - 714-935-6661

Stanton Station:
11100 Cedar St, Stanton, CA 90680 - 714-647-7000

... how CA legislation specifically ignores federal laws will play in legislating against 2nd amendment across the US

Oh, I see...when California wants to violate federal law that is OK, because states rights (which is rather ironic coming from the Left). But...how DARE a locality within California try to exercise any independence.

Hypocritical bastards!

The law is not on Becerra’s side. California Senate Bill 54, CHAPTER 495, amended State Law, added SEC. 3. Chapter 17.25, Cooperation with Immigration Authorities. In 7284.6:

7284.6. (a) California law enforcement agencies shall not:

(1) Use agency or department moneys or personnel to investigate, interrogate, detain, detect, or arrest persons for immigration enforcement purposes, including any of the following:

(C) Providing information regarding a person’s release date or responding to requests for notification by providing release dates or other information unless that information is available to the public, or is in response to a notification request from immigration authorities in accordance with Section 7282.5. Responses are never required, but are permitted under this subdivision, provided that they do not violate any local law or policy.

The sheriff has begun publishing inmate release dates and info TO THE PUBLIC.

AG Becerra apparently hasn’t read the law. LOL.
