On Page 32 of the transcript, while trying to specify how the initiating special counsel mandate has bearing upon a decades-old banking/tax case, U.S. Attorney Dreeben tells Judge Ellis the detailed instructions were delivered in person:

I’m sure these instructions were delivered to Comey’s friend and then read to Mueller over the phone.

Someone please correct me, but I thought the Special Counsel law REQUIRES any changes to the assignment to be in writing.
I’m not buying it also. This Special Counsel is a full of communists who want to destroy America. They are criminals. And Sessions is part of the criminals. President Trump has been asleep too long in not taking action. America is finished. We now have Mueller that has more power than the President and he will destroy our lives.
They’re also going to have a hard time prosecuting ANYONE, since it will likely be impossible to segregate the legally obtained evidence (if there is any) for the mountain of illegally* obtained evidence.
*illegally in the sense that it cannot be used in a criminal case, only in a counter-intelligence operation.
