President Trump demanded "total transparency" Wednesday ahead of a meeting between top law enforcement officials and congressional Republicans demanding Russia probe documents.
"They'll all be in the room tomorrow. We'll see what happens. I want total transparency," Trump said on the South Lawn of the White House. "You have to have transparency."
On Monday, Trump tasked chief of staff John Kelly with organizing a meeting between FBI, Justice Department, and intelligence community representatives to provide congressional Republicans documents on an FBI informant linked to the Trump campaign.

I’ve always thought Trump could survive firing Rosenstein much more readily than he could survive firing Sessions. Trump appears to be making a case for gross insubordination. He will keep making demands and Rosenstein will either comply or—hopefully—the curtain will finally fall on RR’s treacherous anti-Trump show.
It is certain that Trump has already seen the documents, and received a contextual briefing.
Like that’s going to happen!

I know. But first, I don’t believe Sessions would. Second, if he did that would be great. Grassley would find it harder to absolutely refuse to confirm a replacement if Sessions resigned (as opposed to being fired). Though I have no doubt Grassley would grumble and gripe and blame Trump and overall just act like a big spoiled child. The Permanent Political Class has gotten completely out of hand.
The General is leading the meeting.
He doesn’t have to fire anyone they are all firing themselves. They will be in such exposed positions they won’t be able to continue.

They are standing in line waiting to be subpoena'd by congress. The Rinos in congress are not interested in hearing from them.
Is Rod on the attendee list?
Hard to say. My guess is that Rosenstein as well as Wray would not show a document to Trump even if he ordered them to. They’d claim they were doing it to protect him from a potential charge of obstruction.
Let me know when Rosenstein fires himself.
