Yep, dead folks have won before. Denying the person listed on the ballot and automatically handing those votes to someone else would be disenfranchising - yes?

Death of a candidate should trigger a special election, but in many places, the party apparatchiks get to decide who wins the election. Fortunately, fewer and fewer voters are voting a straight ticket anymore. I wonder how many states even allow that these days.

Boy, you are right. Did I ever miss the target there....

Not for lazy people at all...for people with a specific purpose.

Absentee voting used to be strictly regulated for people who could show they would not be able to make it to their designated polling place. I watched as Democrats whined and cried about how it was discrimination to have such tight rules so they were relaxed.

Now that the camel’s nose was in the tent they pushed for the Motor Voter law (Clinton regime) and then all these terrible Early Voting laws, every one of which was meant to expand Democrat voter fraud.

The bad thing is the Republicans rolled over and allowed these laws to happen because the instant they were accused of racism they would cower in a corner rather than fight. Then, again, many of the Republicans wanted those laws as they had a vested interest in the leftist takeover of our Country.

1. Only one paper mill can make readable ballots? That’s completely bogus. Either that’s a total lie *OR* somebody paid off somebody to get a lock on an exclusive contract.

2. She should look at this as a positive. If people know that Kamenetz is dead, he might get a lot more votes from people who would rather have a dead guy than any of the other choices.
