And even if he spends all his money getting through the initial blasts, he won’t be able to afford the food he won’t be able to grow for about 10 years before he starves or dies of thirst.

I’m OK with his plan as long as the enemy targets San Francisco, Seattle, Portland, LA and New York City. Maybe give them Washington -Baltimore as well.
Can Steyer pass a 51-50 test? I do NOT think so.
This is consistent with Petraeus’s comments given at a panel participation in NYC (92nd St Y) last year (May 2017) where he sells war with North Korea.
