ANALYSIS/OPINION:
After returning from a tour of some of the war zones in the Middle East — which ended with the Free Iran Gathering 2018 in Paris — I am struck by the realization that America really did have a Manchurian Candidate in The White House for eight years. If you look at the evidence, there really is no other conclusion. The calamitous consequences of the Obama presidency will be felt for the foreseeable future.
In the short year and a half that President Trump has been in office, he has put in place policy that has mitigated the damage that President Obama inflicted on our national security and on our allies. The speed with which Trump has been able to turn things around points to the diabolical depths the Obama administration went to in order to undermine our national strength and way of life. All Trump had to do was stop doing things that hurt America; America could then take care of itself. The results are plain as day. However, it will take decades for the Obama damage to be completely undone. The deviousness of the Obama sedition runs deep.

The thing is, Trump is just saying (and now doing !) the kind of things my dad has been speaking about, round the kitchen table, for 30 years now.
As soon as my father saw Trump shoot down Megyn Kelly’s ridiculous PC attack on him in the primary debate, my dad said instantly that’s the kind of man we need as President.
He said no candidate has looked this presidential since the Gipper’s “ I am paying for this microphone” moment

I said he wasn’t done and a few ridiculed me for it. This clown is here to destroy America. You can bet your bottom dollar he’s still working on that every waking moment.
I lost faith in the American voter when they voted in Ob ama for his second term.
It was then I realized we needed a fuerer to get us out of this mess, and not another useless Politian as president.
To me the best hope we had was a monetarily rich, narcissistic, egotistic, womanizer, with several wives , because he had the best chance of wrecking the political establishment. So far he has exceeded my expectations
If Trump stays on track he can pull us out of this mess as he has done amazing work in a short time and could be in for 8 years. -Tom.

Those of us paying attention were screaming at the top of our lungs when he CHEATED and DESTROYED his Senate opponent in IL...and when he gave that speech at the Godless DNC Circus in 2004, we started screaming even louder!
But, who listened? Not enough, obviously, but I’m not convinced a McCain or Romney Presidency would’ve been much better. Probably not AS treasonous, but still pretty bad. :(
McCain probably would have gotten us into WW IV with Russia (yes, I pulled a lever for him).
Romney, although it would have helped Mormonism, probably would not have given away the Internet (for all intents and purposes).
That being said, sounds like Toys R Us got in with Bain Capital. LOL, IIRC.
Romney is still a liberal. But the Obama years were absolutely the worst years of my life and I certainly give a lot of the credit to Obama showing up in W making a mess of things. Of course both Obama and W hate President Trump as much as Jeb! does. Now, there’s a surprise. NOT.

That reminds me of the die hard Reagen hating yellow dog democrats I met during my brief stay in Pa. (84/85). Surprisingly they were a lot of WWII vets. Most of them got their knowledge from union propaganda.

Fortunately, Obama’s time is being taken up with weed and video games. He enjoyed the trappings and perks of the office, but he hated the job.
The truth is, Obama is just bone ass lazy. He was an enormous disappointment to his party as president, failing to get the left’s agenda through, eg single payer, open borders, et al.
He’s not faring any better as their Last Best Hope for November. His speech the other day was completely asinine. A high school junior could have written better.
But, trotting out ex presidents is the universal signal for “we’re dying”.
Amen, sister .. and I'm still ashamed/angry for having been essentially forced into those two miserable 'choices'.
If not for Sarah, the efforts would have been a complete waste.
