Always has been rat capitol. Years ago a computer tech our company used told a story of the time he worked construction during the time the freeway right of ways were being cleared. As the buildings were being demolished they were circled by workers with shovels who would kill the rats escaping the buildings.

Durbin’s state earns another honor. The Democratic Party city of Chicago even had over 50,000 complaints from the rats that live there. Things are bad when even the rats complain. So maybe all the shootings in this city are attempted mercy killings.
