A gunman who opened fire outside a Trader Joe's in Silver Lake was in custody after a tense standoff that claimed the life of one woman inside the store.
Mayor Eric Garcetti announced the death, saying the woman was pulled out of the store by authorities and declared dead at the scene. The mayor released no other details, saying police were trying to reach next of kin.
The incident began as family dispute in South Los Angeles involving a man in his late teens. Police said he shot his grandmother and a second woman at her residence.
He then took off with the wounded woman in a Toyota Camry. At some point, police began chasing his car, and that pursuit ended with a car crashing into a light post outside the Trader Joe’s.
Law enforcement sources told The Times that the gunman opened fire on officers and ran inside the store.

What news? We now know nothing about the perp, very little about his victims, and a whole lot about gunfire and bullets from scared people. It took four news writers to write the story that tells nothing. The only information I got was that President Trump is tweeting. At least they called him President, for which they will probably be fired.

I just watched it live he shot his grandmother 7 times and a woman that was with them wasn’t any shots outside trader joes far as i could tell

Hoping the perpetrator is an illegal alien. We know the perpetrator is not a white male or we would have been told that.
