America has undergone enormous change during the nearly eight decades of my life. Today, America is a bitterly divided, poorly educated and morally fragile society with so-called mainstream politicians pushing cynical identity politics, socialism and open borders. The president of the United States is threatened with impeachment because the other side doesn’t like him. The once reasonably unbiased American media has evolved into a hysterical left wing mob.
10) Mark Felt – Deputy director of the FBI, aka “Deep Throat” during the Watergate scandal.
9) Bill Ayers– Represents the deep and ongoing leftist ideological damage to our education system.
8) Teddy Kennedy – Most folks remember Teddy as the guy who left Mary Joe Kopechne to die in his car at Chappaquiddick.
The real damage was the 1965 Hart-Cellar immigration bill he pushed hard for that changed the quota system to increase the flow of third world people without skills into the US and essentially ended large-scale immigration from Europe.
7) Walter Cronkite –
6) Bill and Hillary Clinto Between them, they killed any honor that might have existed in the dark halls of DC.
5) Valerie Jarrett -
4) Jimmy Carter... Carter was too weak to effectively respond thus strengthening the rule of the radical Islamic mullahs.
3) Lyndon Johnson – Johnson turned the Vietnam conflict into a major war for America. It could have ended early if he had listened to the generals
2) Barack Hussein Obama - Obama set up America for a final defeat and stealth conversion from a free market society to socialism/communism.
1) John Kerry – Some readers will likely say Kerry does not deserve to be number one on this list. I have him here because I regard him as the most despicable American who ever lived.

That’s a pretty fair assessment. I might be inclined to include Woodrow Wilson, as well.
And after looking at the list, is there a very common thread about the last 8 years??
The beginning of progressive thinking and 16th and 17th Amendments.
But if we start including despicable "celebrities," Jim would need to add another server.
A good list with well thought reasons. I’d have made room for John McCain in the top five. GHW Bush might belong more than Carter, even.
Nevertheless, good article that provokes thought.
He should write a book on how to make millions by pimping misery.
The same works for the race card.
Jane Fonda got an honorable mention.
I agree FDR should have been in the top five.
Repealing these two Amendments would go a long way towards fixing our problems.
Repealing the 17th would return Federalism.
Repealing the 16th would end the blood-letting of the middle-class.
I would have switched the positions of John Kerry and Ted Kennedy.
There was a satire movie in the last 70s titled “Winter Kills”. Its nominally about the brother of an assassinated president looking into the conspiracy. The brother finally discovers that the family had him killed.
The older I get, the more I wonder if that is what actually happened.
Great call with Kerry. What an embarrassment to military everywhere. Would love to see his records from 4 years missing in the Navy. Everything about this guy is fake. Married money to avoid convictions.
I don’t see John Dean on this list. He led the Watergate break-ins.

Robert Johnson /BET – Helped popularize ho’s, bitches and pimps while making millions on great hits such as “Jigga my Nigga”, “Big Pimpin’”, “Niggas in Paris” and “Strictly 4 My N.I.G.G.A.Z.” Many scholars within the African American community maintain that BET perpetuates and justifies racism by adopting the stereotypes held about African Americans, affecting the psyche of young viewers through the bombardment of negative images of African Americans. Who can disagree?
4) Carter
Good list. I don’t think Cronkite belongs on it though. I don’t think he had as much influence as many think. There are many many more who are more worthy of inclusion. John McCain, Al Gore are two that quickly come to mind. McCain for his treason and Gore for the global warming hysteria for example.

Maybe add Malcolm X, Harry Blackmun and Gloria Steinem to the list.
Yea, but the American people actually believed that Cronkite was always “telling it like it is.” “That’s the way it is”, his sound-off greeting, was often that’s the way it isn’t. And he was a hard-core leftist for sure.
