Have Americans turned against the Second Amendment? “The center has shifted on this issue,” one source in Roll Call’s report tells Nathan Gonzales, but has the center really shifted on gun control? It depends on the view, apparently. Gonzales reports that a new poll shows that Democrats have the upper hand in the gun-control debate, but this might be a trap:

The Dems are a majority party so you can bet that the majority will always support their agenda. On the other hand the patriots of the American Revolution were a small minority... at least at first.
That is a Good Thing.
As President Trump showed, it is vastly better to be underestimated. I always like it when my enemy underestimates me, ego be damned it’s orders of magnitude better tactically and strategically.

Hogg came up two weeks ago....saying that he anticipated Trump would cancel the 2020 election. I noticed that only one or two news sites carried that ‘theme’.
Around that same time, he laid out that threat to Trump...in all caps...YOU WILL SUFFER CONSEQUENCES. That got picked up nationally, and even in Europe.
Beyond that, I think the controllers have realized his value in the mid-term is marginal and best to just keep him under control until the 2020 run.

Unfortunately, wiser Democrats will disregard this fake poll: “Guns Down and Center for American Progress commissioned a national poll of 1,000 registered voters via an online web panel, conducted June 12-16 by Democratic pollster Margie Omero of GBA Strategies, to test the effectiveness of various messages on the gun issue.”
I’ll go with the NRA. Gun control: stance, grip, sight picture, breath control, trigger squeeze, follow through.
LOL! For some odd reason I got a text from some dem candidate in the FL gov race. Basically “Hi Dave (? NOT ME) will you support XXX. We’ll stand up and fight against trump policies, work for common sense gun control and a woman’s right to choose. Will you help us?” My response: “F**K NO! DO NOT EVER TEXT THIS NUMBER AGAIN FASCISTS!” I haven’t heard back yet. LOL!
I think he got laughed off of the national stage after the viral pictures outed him traveling around with his own armed body guards.
Guns and immigration. The election is right there, and the GOPe doesn’t want it.

True, for a week after a school shooting. They will need multiple school shootings in late August and all of September.
You have one law on speeding - like don’t go over the speed limit - there are over 20,000 state and federal gun laws, what’s missing? More gun laws.
