A U.S. court on Monday ruled the Trump administration could not enforce an updated policy barring certain transgender people from serving in the U.S. military, becoming the second court in the country to rule against the government since it unveiled the policy in March.
Trump announced on March 23 that he would endorse a plan by Defense Secretary Jim Mattis to restrict the military service of transgender people who experience a condition called gender dysphoria. The policy replaced an outright ban on transgender service members that Trump announced last year on Twitter, citing concern over military focus and medical costs.
U.S. District Judge Colleen Kollar-Kotelly in Washington denied a request by the administration to lift an injunction she had issued against Trump's original ban.

Since Chief Justice Warren, backed by the money behind the throne, said the court was in charge of the Executive Branch as well as the judiciary.
With the 16th and 17th Amendments already in place, the Warren court was the final nail in the coffin of the Constitutional separation of powers in this country.
A military tribunal of transgenders is unlikely to convict.
They’ll be restricted. Just watch.

There is no law on the books regarding transgenders serving in the military.
All decisions regarding this matter have been by presidential direction and by the executive branch.
What jurisdiction does the judge have to even make a decision in this matter under separation of powers?
The Supreme Court is going to have to tell these Judges where they stand in the food chain

When I was in the military we had 2 or 3 women in each room in the barracks in basic...Same for my Tech school...there was not a whole lot of room for modesty but then we were all female and young and most didn’t think anything of changing in front of another girl...like sisters...
this female judge is forcing women to have men dressed as girls in the same bedroom...I bet if the male wanted to make advances the victim would be the one to get punished for telling...
The transgender person still would have all his parts...they aren’t enlisting to serve our country...its for the free operation and the expensive drugs...plus the 2 year long holiday all at the taxpayers expense...

For the sake of the Republic, Leftist judges have to be reined in. If they are not, they invite a backlash that will not only remove them from office, but bring down the whole legal system.
Exactly - when will the Phantom Justice Department wake up and tell these lower level courts to pound their rulings.
