Incumbents under 50%, 90 days out, is not a good sign for them

A lot of money will be spent to defeat the evil witch Claire....
Let’s hope they get the job done.

From what I’ve heard this guy isn’t trying too hard. Does he really want it?

(urope. Why do they put up with this.)

They need to bring Mr. Obama and Hillary to go up and down all around Missouri. This should be their guarantee fix. Or maybe Ocasio Cruz and Bernie Saunders. Bring in Al Sharpton and Jesse Jackson. Bring in Bill Clinton. Make sure that this state goes Democratic.

Incumbents under 50%, 90 days out, is not a good sign for them Historically incumbent senators under 50% in the polls, 30 days out, won reelection 65% of the time. Ninety days out isn't worth breaking a sweat over.
Don't underestimate McCaskill. She's been here before. She knows how to fight. Hawley is new to elective politics. He's more likely to commit a gaff than she is.

A lot of money will be spent to defeat the evil witch Claire.... A lot will be sent to save her seat, too.

"Does he really want it?" It's a moot point. He's the nominee. Frankly it's his race to lose. As long as he doesn't cram his foot in his mouth he'll win.

From your lips to God's ear.
IMHO, those 2 questions on the poll are seemingly liberal issues so Hawley may be running higher.

He's more likely to commit a gaff than she is.
Correction, the msm is more likely to manufacture a gaff attributed to him then reporting the ones she makes.

How would you describe “really wanting it”?
To: 11th_VA
Take the issues directly to the people just like Trump does! Door to door or whatever it takes, e.g., picnics in the park, rallies, etc.
To: DIRTYSECRET
From what Ive heard this guy isnt trying too hard. Does he really want it? He had that reputation during the primary, and won it going away against token opponents. A lot of token opponents but token nevertheless. That's not going to work in the general. He needs to really fight McCaskill for this one, and not make a mistake.
To: babble-on
I assume the comparison would be the Romney campaign vs the Trump campaign.

Correction, the msm is more likely to manufacture a gaff attributed to him then reporting the ones she makes. Like with Todd Akin?

Yeah, I’m waiting for him to say:

You forgot the newest star and savior of the democrat party, the transvestite Governor candidate from Vermont. She’s sure to draw lots of votes.

Actually I thought Romney was a much better candidate than McCain. McCain refused to campaign on weekends. He was a 9-5 candidate.
