The body of missing college student Mollie Tibbetts was found Tuesday, two sources told Fox News, bringing an end to an intensive search that lasted more than a month and captured national headlines.
A law enforcement source told Fox News the body was found in Iowa, but more specific details about the location were not released.

Everybody here keeps telling me the boyfriend is cleared.
A couple weeks ago a woman was shot in the back while walking her dog in Nashville.
Sick minds everywhere.
The body of Mollie Tibbetts has been located in Poweshiek County, Iowa.... the medical examiner arrived at an area located off of Highway 21 near Guernsey, Iowa....about ten miles from where she was last seen jogging around Brooklyn about 7:30 p.m. on July 18.
Funny, MY copy of the second amendment does not say "shall not be infringed except by the several states". Any licensing or permit requirement is a clear infringement.

It’s often a law enforcement technique to tell someone they’ve been “cleared” so they’ll let their guard down.
It sounds like the boyfriend and his brother, who worked together, are each other’s alibi.
But that hardly matters. The brothers’ job was just an hour away. Anyone at work can say they have to run an errand, be gone for an hour, and no one would think anything untoward about it.
He had a lock alibi and was across the state. Many witnesses most of the time. Unlikely.
Is the boyfriend a suspect? That is how Dateline always ends up. The comments on the Fox News article make me sad for humanity.
A boyfriend and a brother “colluding” together on this makes no sense. We shall see.
In the late 80s there was a huge story in Boston about the murder of a pregnant woman named Carol Stuart.The husband said that a stranger approached their car and shot both of them.She was shot in the head,he had a non life threatening wound.She was brought to the ER where I worked...but on the evening shift (I worked days).
Next morning...staff lounge.The day shift staff are drinking coffee and talking waiting for the day shift to start.Of course everyone was talking about the woman and her child,as was the entire city.
The head nurse comes in and the first thing she says is "the husband did it".In unison we all responded "c'mon...no way!"
She was right.A few months later his brother,fearing a long prison stretch,told the cops that he helped his brother ditch the gun in the harbor.
Not too long after that the husband's car was found parked on a bridge and his body was found floating beneath it.
Forgot to mention...one of the nurses in the lounge that morning was doubling back from the evening shift and she said that it was the ugliest thing she ever saw...and she was a battle hardened big city ER nurse.
Mine says the same.
Could it have been a ‘hit and run’ by a drunk driver - who took the body and dumped it?
Some of that information I believe they hold back so as not to tip off potential suspects.
Dubuque is two hours one-way from Brooklyn.
Most articles I’ve read have reported their job as an hour away.
