JUDGE GIVES NO JAIL TIME TO IMRAN AWAN, ATTORNEY CLAIMS HE WAS BUILDING ‘WOMEN’S SHELTER’

A federal judge declined to give jail time to former Democratic IT aide Imran Awan Tuesday, saying he has “suffered enough” at the hands of politicians “at the highest levels of government.” In addition, the Department of Justice said it did not find any evidence that supported criminal charges.

Imran choked back tears, saying, “We want to thank the prosecution, the FBI and the Capitol Police,” while his lawyer submitted a letter referring to President Donald Trump, Sen. Chuck Grassley and other Republications as “deranged,” “pathetic” and “without a shred of decency.”

Judge Tanya Chutkin gave Imran three months of supervised release. Imran’s attorney had hoped to avoid the supervision, indicating Imran wanted to go back to Pakistan: “By ending this today, you will allow Hina to build her family wherever she chooses and allow Imran to visit his father’s grave and secure his legacy,” the attorney said.

During Sept 2016, The Awan clan continued to use Cong Xavier Becerra’s House Democratic Caucus computers in anomalous ways:
<><> logging on as “system administrators”
<><> changing identities
<><> logging onto Cong Becerra’s server using 17 different user account credentials
<><> some credentials belonged to Democrat House members
<><> the Awans did not work for 9 of the 17 offices to which user accounts belonged.
<><> investigations found “possible storage of sensitive House information” outside the House
<><> Dropbox is installed on two Democratic Caucus computers used by the suspects
<><> user accounts had thousands of files in their Dropbox folder on each computer
<><> Using Dropbox is against House rules because it uploads files offsite.
<><> Wash/Po reported “Based on the file names, some of the information is likely sensitive.”
<><> post-awan clean up discovered many computer set-ups were little more than “thin clients”
<><> computer set-ups were portals to an outside computer.
<><> Awans were using terminal servers from a computer in a different location.
<><>Virtual Private Networks can make a server’s hard drive appear to be local to a computer.
<><> remote sessions remained active for months at a time.
<><> data was always out of the members’ possession
<><> the Awans were using Becerra’s House Democratic Caucus as their central service warehouse.
<><> the Awans collectively logged onto Becerra’s Caucus system 5,735 times, avg 27 per day
<><> other offices were accessed less than 60 times.
<><> the pattern of login activity suggests steps were taken to conceal their activity
<><>aggregating multiple members’ data means all that data was absconded with
<><> L/E said Becerra’s entire Democratic Caucus server physically disappeared while being monitored by L/E.
<><> no scenario exists where the Awan clan’s access was appropriate
<><> House members are not allowed to accept services from people not on their payroll
<><> House employees are not permitted to log in to servers of members for whom they do not work.
<><> House policies are codified by law.

In return for that sweetheart plea deal, the Justice Department got a cover-up.

The more than 40 members of the US. House of Representatives – all Democrats – who employed Awan and members of his family and associates to handle IT work now won’t have to explain anything in court. Their staffers – even the ones in offices where so much official equipment went missing, including some that showed up in one of Awan’s rental properties – won’t have to testify either.

Now no one will have to explain why Awan and his crew were paid over $4 million by those members of Congress and why so much has been done to hush this up.

There is a lot of evidence indicating that the Awan and his team members were copying data from the computers of House members to the House Democratic Caucus server and even to a private Dropbox account.

Awan and his associates were even tossed off the House system because they provided false information (a fake copy of the Democratic Caucus’ server) to Capitol Police. But incredibly, none of that was used against him in court.

This is clearly a political deal arranged to protect the establishment from further embarrassment and reform.

How exactly would a Muslim “women’s shelter” be operated?

Perhaps, the operation would use the business model discovered last week in Amalia, New Mexico.

Ah, the third nitwit female judge of the week.

First the idiot in New Mexico who let a bunch of terrorists out (including, I guess, the one who murdered the little boy) because we’re all racists for arresting them in the first place because they’re muslim. The second was that dope in South Carolina who let out the guy who wanted to kidnap a little girl to be his sex slave, then EAT her - because, you know - well, maybe he was having a bad day. Now THIS pathetic idiot.

Meanwhile, if you’re Republican, they’ll lock you up and throw away the key without thinking twice about it.

With the current judicial system, the odds on prevailing in a matter are better in Las Vegas than in the courtroom. /sarc

[[saying he has “suffered enough” at the hands of politicians “at the highest levels of government.”]]

I wonder if she would say that same thing about what Trump has had to go through? When will she order an end to the mueller witch hunt and state that he has “suffered enough” at the hands of politicians “at the highest levels of government.”

Anyone still “trusting the plan” on this is a fool and a sucker. This case was supposedly one of the lynchpins of the “Sessions is building a case behind the scene” Q-tard theory. And where was Sessions on this? Off somewhere else prosecuting some kid who sparked a joint.

The global socialists and radical islamists are in collusion to undermine western freedom, just like they were during WWII.

Look at western Europe.

Yes, the “trust the plan” nimrod Q crowd are totally discredited now.

They should go away and shut up for a while so they can reflect on their stupidity.

May as well tel Muslims that Mohamed isn’t a prophet. It’s a religion. It’s faith. Facts that seem to be contrary have to be wrong.

Will this case be appealed and perhaps be viewed by the Supreme Court? This third rate “judge”, obviously an affirmative action appointment, is too dumb to tie her own shoelaces. She undoubtedly saw an opportunity to stand up for “another person of color”, thus her ridiculous ruling. Get rid of this walking demonstration of the meaning of stupid.
