It will put unbearable pressure on left-wing white ruling class members whose kids now can’t get into Ivy League schools. That could break affirmative action.
Any academic degrees/certificates/licenses/etc. awarded to individuals who benefited from so called “affirmative action” should be marked “AA” in big, bold letters. After all, affirmative action is a good thing right???

Part of the Harvard problem is if you fill Harvard with Asians, the "white" alumni that donates hundreds of millions of dollars to the university might cut back on donations.

The rules that discriminate against qualified Asians also discriminate against qualified whites. White students don't get "diversity" points in place of grades and test scores, those are reserved for blacks and Hispanics. The irony is that under their racial quota system, the mediocre or dim son of a Nigerian oil billionaire or of a tinpot Latin American strongman would be favored over either a white or Chinese math wiz with working or middle class parents.
If a university takes any federal money, it cannot look at the race or ethnicity or sexual orientation of a candidate.
No names, no pictures, no race, religion, etc.
Look purely at academic credentials.
Probably trying to get back at schools accepting kids at the same "academic percentile" as his own famdamnily, but the schools were willing to accept such if they had family that were willing to spring for an "above" average donation.
The Kennedys, OTOH, are known to throw their own quarters around like manhole covers. Not only jealous of the competition, but vindictively irate as well.
As one of the 24% of Jews who voted for Trump (and I voted for him in the Michigan primary, too!), I agree with this statement.
If Asians’ or Jews’ mommies told them once “Dems are for the little guy and the less fortunate, GOP are just for big corporations and are racists who are biased like Father Coughlin” that does not mean they have to agree with mommy all the rest of their lives.

I don’t think it will matter. I’ll bet the whites who graduate from Harvard have the same twisted world view as other races.
Perish the thought that a FReeper would do anything to game a corrupt system. Go for it!
But if the government forces Harvard to no longer discriminate based on race, then the rich donors can’t complain.
And I’m not worried about Harvard’s endowment. It’s huge.
