Democratic Sen. Dianne Feinstein of California again demanded Judge Brett Kavanaugh’s hearing to the Supreme Court be delayed, hours after Christine Blasey Ford agreed to testify about her sexual misconduct accusations against Kavanaugh.
“I am writing to request an immediate postponement of any further proceedings related to the nomination of Brett Kavanaugh,” Feinstein said in a statement late Sunday evening.
Feinstein’s letter was in response to a second woman, Deborah Ramirez, who came forward accusing Kavanaugh of sexual misconduct decades ago. The California senator’s demand came hours after Ford agreed to testify in front of the Senate Judiciary Committee following days of negotiations.
“I also ask that the newest allegations of sexual misconduct be referred to the FBI for investigation, and that you join our request for the White House to direct the FBI to investigate the allegations of Christine Blasey Ford as well as these new claims.” (RELATED: Susan Collins Questions The Timing Of Kavanaugh Bombshell)
The FBI already declined to open another investigation.
Feinstein, the committee’s ranking Democrat, was made aware of Ford’s accusations in July, weeks before the Senate Judiciary Committee convened for Kavanaugh’s hearing. She notably withheld information from her Senate colleagues until before the committee was scheduled to vote on Kavanaugh’s nomination to the Supreme Court. After releasing the information on Sept. 14, Feinstein also called for a delay in the proceedings and a full FBI investigation.
“Thursday’s hearing should be canceled in light of a disturbing new allegation of sexual misconduct against Brett Kavanaugh,” Feinstein reiterated in a tweet. “The FBI must investigate ALL allegations.”

Why is she not following the rule of law instead of mob rule?
Why is she not in an orange jump suit awaiting trial for treason? Was she clueless when she promoted her Chinese spy to be given more responsibility? Has she been clueless for twenty years? Have the communists made her rich?
I think his mother should. She raised her son and knows him through this time of his life. No doubt she’s the one who stored his calendars and scrapbooks. It’s a reflection on her parenting. They are attacking his mother as well as him.

The evidence before the court is incontrovertible.

I was predicating my vote for DiFi on the fact that, at 85, I don't expect her to finish her term, if elected, and the governor might appoint someone a little less loony than deLeon. But in light of her recent shenanigans with Kavanaugh, I'm rethinking my position. Better to have a straight-up Socialist in there than an unhinged and increasingly feeble "mainstream" Liberal.
Besides, Bernie Sanders needs a fellow traveler in the Senate to keep him company.

God. How long will this go on? Thursday, and then the Republicans have to get their act together, consulting the snowflakes like Collins and Flake, and decide on a day for the vote.
Feinstein is an evil deviant for sure. Years ago my neighbor (who has since passed away) saw a video in the 90’s of Feinstein riding in a convertible in a gay pride parade. She was sitting up high on the back seat/trunk waving at the crowd like she was in a beauty pageant. Marching in front of her car, there were two guys with long dildos strapped to their crotches and they were twirling them like batons! I kid you not. My neighbor who was elderly at the time, was so appalled she couldn’t get that image out of her head and how proud DiFi was to have them escort her in the parade.
I wish I would have quizzed her more about finding that video - but I’m sure it’s long since been scrubbed. Anyone who votes for a democRAT today is either an evil deviant or an ignorant fool.
I believe the only reason Ford agreed on Thursday was the fact that another woman was going to pop up and then DiFi would get the hearing delayed. I bet Ford has not packed a bag yet.

No reason to postpone this. Has nothing to do with Ford. Grassley should push forward.
Can DiFi be brought up on charges for trying to sell a lie and then trying to avoid a perjury charge?
Same thing here. Grassley should tell Feinswine that her committee members went looking for this dirt and caused this chaos. They don't get the benefit of delaying the nomination because now, suddenly there's chaos.
