New Kavanaugh accuser Julie Swetnick details parties where girls were drugged and raped
cnbc ^ | sept 26, 2018 | Dan Mangan | Kevin Breuninger

The lawyer Michael Avenatti on Wednesday identified another accuser of Supreme Court pick Brett Kavanaugh, Washington resident Julie Swetnick.

Swetnick, in an affidavit posted online by Avenatti, claims that Kavanaugh, as a high school student in the early 1980s, with others spiked the drinks of girls at house parties with grain alcohol and/or drugs to "cause girls to lose inhibitions and their ability to say 'No.' "

Swetnick said these efforts by Kavanaugh and his buddy Mark Judge were done so the girls "could then be 'gang raped' in a side room or bedroom by a 'train' of numerous boys."

They also say she has security clearances and that she worked for homeland security?

“At the State Department, Swetnick was employed as a senior production Web master from 2002 to 2005 and held the same job with the DOJ from 2006 to 2009, according to her online resume”

She worked for the executive department at the same time Kavanaugh worked for the White House?
And she didn’t disclose this information?

I don’t believe this smutty allegation. The Democrats are more evil than I could have ever imagined.

My dad, who is 95-1/2, told my mom this morning ... “well, I don’t have to worry about girls from my high school days coming back to make accusations about me - they’re all DEAD!”

We got a good laugh out of that, but what is happening to Kavenaugh is worse than despicable and if the Republicans let it happen, as Lindsey Graham just said ... “If Republicans bail out on this good man because of the smears and character assassination perpetrated by Michael Avenatti, we deserve our fate.”

Now Ford has her husband and other friends suddenly saying she did tell them about it and signed declarations to that effect. Funny it all started in 2012 when Romney had a chance to win and Kavanaugh’s name was starting to circulate...

It think it’s over for Kavanaugh already. One more liar will come forward and say he gang banged her also at one of these parties.. then it’s definitely over.

Maybe she was the adult who illegally provided alcohol to minors.

Drinking age was 18 at the time, so the liquor probably wasn't an issue. But she mentions Quaaludes, a prescription medication frequently abused at the time. Quaaludes would be the kind of thing that brought an adult to a party with minors. Either to sell or buy.

I wonder if anybody has read this book, and if it details any sort of the sexual depravity that seems to be coming in from all over.

Perhaps these accusers are acting as though they were the real life persons in the book.

Put them under oath with all the legal controls that mean.

And if these are true, then we have a problem. If a serial rapist passed several FBI background checks, then the rot is deep.

And if these accusations are not true, we have a greater problem. The left has destroyed someone falsely with the confidence that they can do so with out any blowback.

We need to start fighting. We allowed Ted Kennedy a pass because “we are better than that”. Time to go full Sheridan and Sherman. Start fighting to win, not to score moral points against an adversary that has no morals.

Maybe she kept going back because she felt left out. In which case, the real rape here may be that of statutory rape committed by an adult female on high school boys.

Yeah, what's up with that. Kavanaugh withdraws or else they'll notarize it?

The Democrats are pulling this because they know something’s coming down on them and they believe they have nothing to lose. I think all the remaining sane Dems have been thrown off the ship and the rats have taken the helm.

Here's what I suspect:

When someone who is represented by an attorney signs a sworn affidavit, the lawyer will often sign his own certification that functions as a "notarization" of the affidavit. It would say something to this effect:

I, Creepy Porn Lawyer, hereby certify that Dingbat Sweatnik came before me on this day (September 25, 2018) and signed the attached affidavit.

Avenatti couldn't do this because he's in California and Sweatnik is in Washington. In fact, he's probably never met her.

So Sweatnik's "declaration under penalty of perjury" is the best they could do in a very short period of time.
