I don’t know who listens to Savage any more, I really don’t.
I have issues with other talk jocks, (boring, repetitive, too angry, too many commercials, bad with guests, phony) but Savage is simply nuts. He is really unstable in my opinion.
In small doses, Savage is brilliant. He tends to go off politics fairly often, and that’s when he’s the most entertaining.
He seems to have an irritating habit of criticizing Trump for the sake of “proving” he’s impartial or something.
The powers that be in the conservative radio world have effectively shut Savage out of TV appearances. According to Savage, David Limbaugh, the agent for Rush and Hannity, has effectively blocked Savage. I believe Savage.
Regardless, all of these guys have big egos.
I will remind everyone that Trump has had Savage over for a private audience at the White House and invited him to dinner a few times at Mar a Lago.
